Located just 3 miles from the Montauk State Park off of hwy. YY and the beautiful upper Current River (which is apart of the Ozark National Scenic Riverways), Rocky J Ranch, LLC in the scenic Missouri Ozarks is temporarily closed due to circumstances beyone our control. Sorry for any inconvinence. Rocky J Ranch offers one hour guided horse trail rides for the affordable price of only $28.00. Don't miss out on the most fun you can have while staying near Salem, Mo! Friendly staff and well trained horses allow you to see some beautiful scenery while enjoying a horseback ride. Be sure to bring the kids to Rocky J Ranch! Children under 8 can enjoy a 1/2 hour horseback ride session in the arena for $10.00. Children over 8 can join the horse trail rides through the wooded Missouri Ozark hills. The horses at Rocky J Ranch are very important to us, so there is a weight limit of 275 pounds.

From Montauk State Park, turn right out of the campground (to YY), 1 mile past Baptist Access on right (or 3 miles from lodge). From Salem, Missouri, go south on 19, right on K, right on E, left on YY, 5 1/2 miles on left. Look for the Rocky J Ranch sign. (arial map)
